Virtual Community Meeting 

September 20, 2020

5:00 P.M.

Grants Pass, Oregon –  Northern Rockies Team 2, California Interagency Incident Management Team 10, and the Oregon State Fire Marshal’s Blue Incident Management Team will hold a virtual public meeting at 5 p.m. PST, Sunday, September 20, 2020. The meeting will be livestreamed to help meet recommendations for minimizing the spread of COVID-19. Members of the incident management teams and representatives for the local community will provide an update on the current wildfire situation, the status of evacuations and closures, and county services. There are several ways to join the meeting:

Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions through the Q+A feature in Zoom and the chat feature in Facebook. Viewers or listeners without access to Zoom or Facebook  can call (458) 206-3043 to submit questions to presenters. If you do not have the ability to join us, the meeting will be recorded and posted to the Slater and Devil Fires’ Facebook page for viewing later. 

KLDR (98.3 – Grants Pass, 98.1 – Medford, 104.5 – Illinois Valley) and KXCJ (105.7 – Illinois Valley Community Radio) will stream the audio for the meeting to assist residents unable to join using one of the methods above.
