Wildfires, and the areas around them, contain a lot of smoke. Use extreme caution when driving in these areas. Things to remember:
SLOW DOWN!!
Make sure there is more distance between you and the car in front of you than normally would.
Watch for emergency vehicles entering the roads from the woods. They may suddenly appear from nowhere.
The bottom line is to avoid areas around wildfires as much as possible. If this can't be prevented, then it is up to YOU to drive as safely as possible."
